I forgot to take the charger along with me when I was out for almost months. I was able to trim my beard for 3 months without any charging. I use it for 20 min in a week. I felt the charge capacity is much over the stated limit.The trimmer is pretty easy to use and very comfortable. No bruises ever even though I am a new user to these kind of devices.

I had a Remington trimmer for almost 20 years, it was kind of loud but was doing the job. I dropped it, still works but not as well as before. I was hesitant to order the Surpent. But now I'm very pleased with my choice. This trimmer is very quiet and efficient. It's easy to use changing setting with your thumb. Im not sure about durability, we have to wait a few years. Battery life seems to be good, best of all; No batteries needed, just recharge.

The last 2 wahl trimmers I had would grab my hairs (ouch), break after a year, and their battery life was terrible.I needed to replace my Wahl but was worried that buying a lesser known brand would be a mistake. I was pleasantly suprised at this trimmer!Here's what I love...- No hair pulling!- The "all in one" length adjust piece is my favorite! SO EASY!- Quieter than other brands- Battery has lasted 2 months with no charging- USB charger- Very ergonomic (easy to hold and glides over my face)Only thing I wish it had is a nose trimmer attachment.I usually don't write reveiw but I would reccomend this to others.

I've had this trimmer for several months now and it's okay.
It does the job: It trims my beard, it has removable head that is adjustable. It locks when the trimmers are turned on so it doesn't adjust mid trim! The head is also removable to give you an even closer shave.
I wish it got a little closer to the skin. It leaves a lot behind when you're doing a zero shave on the neck and so I have to go back through with something else. I think I really wanted something that was a "one stop shop". It also got dull really fast AND if it's not fully charged (as in, you're charging it all day, everyday, until you use it and put it back on the charger) it pulls at your hair. It holds a less awesome charge for a long time but it definitely works better when it's plugged in or is fully charged. Our bathroom doesn't have a place to charge so this is really inconvenient.
I will probably replace this in the future with something else, but for now it does the job.

The battery lasts, it's quiet, easy to use, and reliable. The setting are easy to use as well, though I wish it went to 15 or 20 instead of just 10, as ten is a little bit too short, but a day or two of growth takes care of that. I'd definitely suggest this.

"This is a very good trimmer, body groomer. It arrived on Sept 22 and I've only charged it once so far. I only use it once or twice a week but happy that it holds the charge that long. I chose this one over a Braun model because of the quick charge, took only about an hour. The Braun was something like 4-6 hours to charge it. The Suprent comes with the USB cable but you have to use your own 5V wall plug from your phone.
Very easy to use and I like that it has just the one attachment (guard) and you just dial from 0.5 - 10 to adjust the length. 0.5 increments so 19 settings total. Works great on facial hair, under arms and other sensitive areas. Shaves close if you want without cutting the skin. Haven't tried a haircut with it, not intended for that anyway but I have used it to clean up around the ears and bangs in between haircuts. Handy and practical, overall very pleased with this product.

This product works well, and it has battery as well corded which I really like. I bought this so I don't have to change trimming heads and also wanted to get a nice short trim.The first time I tried it, I thought it wasn't working but it takes time. Every time I wiped my face, there was hair that was coming out, so it was working.Overall it gave me a nice trim that was not uneven.However the amount of time is the same if not longer than if I had not used a trimming head, which I was doing before. Not the product fault but still gets the job done, and dial to adjust the heads is really convenient.

Ive been usong this for a month now and im in love with it. Its so simple, charges WAY easy, and it doesnt cause any pain toe whatsoever. If i want a shadow, it does the trick, if i want a clean shave, it does most of the job for a razor to make short work of. Do note that its lowest number is 1, not 0. Highly reccomend.

Bought this a few months ago to do household hair trimming. It works well. It's very hard to find a hair trimmer with an adjustable head where you don't have to change out all of the combs all the time. Although this one is not really designed for haircuts, it's still manages to do it. And you can't beat the price.

The Suprent BT355B is indeed a very good beard trimmer/shaver. While I've only used it once so far, it trimmed very easily with no snagging or tugging. Mine came with the battery indicator fully green (charged) but the instructions state to charge it for 1-1/2 hours then to let it run until the motor stops - supposedly in the 90 minutes expected run time. When I did that, it ran for an unbelievable four (4) hours! Will see how that translates during normal use... In using this for the first time I immediately notice two things. 1) The arrow on the case for the dial indicator for the comb level is the same color as the case - black - while the comb level numbers are white. In poor/dim light - like in a dry shower (this trimmer is NOT waterproof) - its hard to see that comb level arrow indicator. 2) Yes, the shape is Ergonomic, but the tail / handle end of the trimmer is slopped away from the cutting end. I almost dropped it twice during my first use. Solution: Wrapped a couple of rubber bands around the trimmer so it is less likely to get away from me. So with those two caveats, this is a very good beard trimmer, especially for the price. (Suprent, take note of the above.)

I got the trimmer and trimmed my short beard right out of the box. Though it’s settings don’t extend out very far so if you have a larger beard get an actual kit but for a quick trim this was exactly what I needed.

I love this! Everything is high quality. The adjustable length dial is incredibly convenient. My old Philips trimmer's blade length would often adjust itself. My only gripe is it really should come standard with a wall plug not just a usb charger. Luckily I had an adapter on hand.

I read several reviews. I have owned several brands Wahl, Panasonic, Remmington, Braun. This is the easiest to use. The guards are built in. It charges with a U.S.B. port. It has 90 minutes of shave time and it is my favorite Trimmer of ANY other brands I have owned previously.

This is a great trimmer that's really well designed. It's great to hold and has finely-tunable trimmer length. It comes with a cleaning brush, and cleaning oil. My favorite feature is that the beard length adjuster gets locked when the trimmer is on, so you don't accidentally change the length while trimming. Genius!

Being a lady, I needed a smooth razor with, basically, two guard settings and really dislike the waste in buying a shaver and having several different guards that never get used and then thrown away. The last 2 wahl trimmers I had would grab my hairs (ouch), break after a year, and their battery life was terrible.I needed to replace my Wahl but was worried that buying a lesser known brand would be a mistake. I was pleasantly suprised at this trimmer!Here's what I love...- No hair pulling!- The "all in one" length adjust piece is my favorite! SO EASY!- Quieter than other brands- Battery has lasted 2 months with no charging- USB charger- Very ergonomic (easy to hold and glides over my face)Only thing I wish it had is a nose trimmer attachment.I usually don't write reveiw but I would reccomend this to others.

I've had this trimmer for several months now and it's okay.
It does the job: It trims my beard, it has removable head that is adjustable. It locks when the trimmers are turned on so it doesn't adjust mid trim! The head is also removable to give you an even closer shave.
I wish it got a little closer to the skin. It leaves a lot behind when you're doing a zero shave on the neck and so I have to go back through with something else. I think I really wanted something that was a "one stop shop". It also got dull really fast AND if it's not fully charged (as in, you're charging it all day, everyday, until you use it and put it back on the charger) it pulls at your hair. It holds a less awesome charge for a long time but it definitely works better when it's plugged in or is fully charged. Our bathroom doesn't have a place to charge so this is really inconvenient.
I will probably replace this in the future with something else, but for now it does the job.

The battery lasts, it's quiet, easy to use, and reliable. The setting are easy to use as well, though I wish it went to 15 or 20 instead of just 10, as ten is a little bit too short, but a day or two of growth takes care of that. I'd definitely suggest this.

It does a nice job of cutting without pulling. I like that I don't have to keep track of a bunch of attachments. Easy to handle, nice and lightweight. The only downside to non detachable is that you can't trim off close to skin such as on the back of the neck. Overall good trimmer.

"This is a very good trimmer, body groomer. It arrived on Sept 22 and I've only charged it once so far. I only use it once or twice a week but happy that it holds the charge that long. I chose this one over a Braun model because of the quick charge, took only about an hour. The Braun was something like 4-6 hours to charge it. The Suprent comes with the USB cable but you have to use your own 5V wall plug from your phone.
Very easy to use and I like that it has just the one attachment (guard) and you just dial from 0.5 - 10 to adjust the length. 0.5 increments so 19 settings total. Works great on facial hair, under arms and other sensitive areas. Shaves close if you want without cutting the skin. Haven't tried a haircut with it, not intended for that anyway but I have used it to clean up around the ears and bangs in between haircuts. Handy and practical, overall very pleased with this product.

This product works well, and it has battery as well corded which I really like. I bought this so I don't have to change trimming heads and also wanted to get a nice short trim.The first time I tried it, I thought it wasn't working but it takes time. Every time I wiped my face, there was hair that was coming out, so it was working.Overall it gave me a nice trim that was not uneven.However the amount of time is the same if not longer than if I had not used a trimming head, which I was doing before. Not the product fault but still gets the job done, and dial to adjust the heads is really convenient.

Ive been usong this for a month now and im in love with it. Its so simple, charges WAY easy, and it doesnt cause any pain toe whatsoever. If i want a shadow, it does the trick, if i want a clean shave, it does most of the job for a razor to make short work of. Do note that its lowest number is 1, not 0. Highly reccomend.

Bought this a few months ago to do household hair trimming. It works well. It's very hard to find a hair trimmer with an adjustable head where you don't have to change out all of the combs all the time. Although this one is not really designed for haircuts, it's still manages to do it. And you can't beat the price.

This is a good product and easy to use. I love using it. BUT hair tend to get stuck right above the cutter and no matter how much you try and clean it up - they will just get stuck all the same. If that doesn't bother you - go for it. This is a harmless design error.

The Suprent BT355B is indeed a very good beard trimmer/shaver. While I've only used it once so far, it trimmed very easily with no snagging or tugging. Mine came with the battery indicator fully green (charged) but the instructions state to charge it for 1-1/2 hours then to let it run until the motor stops - supposedly in the 90 minutes expected run time. When I did that, it ran for an unbelievable four (4) hours! Will see how that translates during normal use... In using this for the first time I immediately notice two things. 1) The arrow on the case for the dial indicator for the comb level is the same color as the case - black - while the comb level numbers are white. In poor/dim light - like in a dry shower (this trimmer is NOT waterproof) - its hard to see that comb level arrow indicator. 2) Yes, the shape is Ergonomic, but the tail / handle end of the trimmer is slopped away from the cutting end. I almost dropped it twice during my first use. Solution: Wrapped a couple of rubber bands around the trimmer so it is less likely to get away from me. So with those two caveats, this is a very good beard trimmer, especially for the price. (Suprent, take note of the above.)

I got the trimmer and trimmed my short beard right out of the box. Though it’s settings don’t extend out very far so if you have a larger beard get an actual kit but for a quick trim this was exactly what I needed.

I love this! Everything is high quality. The adjustable length dial is incredibly convenient. My old Philips trimmer's blade length would often adjust itself. My only gripe is it really should come standard with a wall plug not just a usb charger. Luckily I had an adapter on hand.

Just dial up the length you want and start trimming. Its nice to to have to fiddle with different size lencth attachments. Razor fits nicely in your have and does a nice job of trimming. plastic piece comes of for a really close cut. Great for manscaping!

I read several reviews. I have owned several brands Wahl, Panasonic, Remmington, Braun. This is the easiest to use. The guards are built in. It charges with a U.S.B. port. It has 90 minutes of shave time and it is my favorite Trimmer of ANY other brands I have owned previously.

This is a great trimmer that's really well designed. It's great to hold and has finely-tunable trimmer length. It comes with a cleaning brush, and cleaning oil. My favorite feature is that the beard length adjuster gets locked when the trimmer is on, so you don't accidentally change the length while trimming. Genius!
