30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from SUPRENT, you will have 30 days from your order's delivery date to be eligible for a refund for the price of that product. Please reach out to us through support@suprent.com within 30 days of the order’s delivery date, as indicated in its respective tracking number.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, SUPRENT refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
- After we receive the product and confirm that there is no problem, the payment will be returned to your account within 7 days.
- The return address will be sent to your email when the refund process begins.
Please note: the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee refund does not include any shipping fees, customs fees, or any other additional fees. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only eligible for first-time orders. Products received through giveaways are not eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.
How can I request a refund?
We're sorry that you didn't love our products! To receive a refund on your order purchased from our website, please return it within 30 days following our Return Policy.
If you have returned your order, please chat with us and share your proof of return - the new active tracking number for the returned parcel or a photo of the shipping receipt issued by your chosen courier - so that we can assist you right away!
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
