3. Review Your Personalized Design

Once your order is received, our team will create a digital preview based on your input. Our customer service will then share the demo design with you for your feedback and approval.
4. Refine Your Design:

Your satisfaction is paramount. If the initial design doesn't perfectly align with your expectations, we'll work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
5. Creation and Delivery

Upon your final approval, your custom STARE combo will be expertly crafted, requiring approximately 7 days for production. Following completion, please allow an additional 12 days for secure shipment to your address.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from SUPRENT, you will have 30 days from your order's delivery date to be eligible for a refund for the price of that product. Please reach out to us through support@suprent.com within 30 days of the order’s delivery date, as indicated in its respective tracking number.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, SUPRENT refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
- After we receive the product and confirm that there is no problem, the payment will be returned to your account within 7 days.
- The return address will be sent to your email when the refund process begins.
